Sharphill Wood Engagement shoot

It occurred to me that I haven’t blogged an engagement shoot for a while. I do rather a lot of engagement shoots as they are included as a part of my wedding package. I find it to be a great way to get to know my couples before their big day. I am sometimes asked for ideas of places to shoot and I have some favourites that I know like the back of my hand. But I rather like it when a couple suggests a little place I have not been to before. Phil and Becky decided they wanted the shoot on Sharphill wood in Edwalton, Rushcliffe. It is a little woodland nature reserve on top of a hill over looking the city and was the perfect spot for Becky and Phil’s pre wedding “engagement shoot” I really enjoyed photographing them and getting to know them a bit. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in October.
