Wedding Photography in Nottingham
Sasha and Ben’s stunning wedding took me back to the beautiful Hazel Gap Barn. A venue full of rustic charm set in the heart of Nottinghamshire. Sasha and her bridesmaids got ready at Centre Parcs in Sherwood Forest just down the road, and they couldn’t have picked a better location. I loved photographing the reflections of the forest through the windows as Sasha was having her makeup done. I don’t normally include a load of makeup shots in my collection. But Sasha has the most brilliant face, her laugh is infectious, and she is the girl with a million expressions. Plus the light from the makeup lamp was pretty divine, so there were a LOT to choose from. this was a hard 10 to pick!
Fun wedding photography
This wedding was definitely all about the fun! From a game of Mr & Mrs after the speeches, which was rather hilarious. Especially the question about who has the best hair! To toasting marshmallows and some fantastic dance floor action! Photos I couldn’t even include because….10. Sasha and Ben have a baby girl, who is pretty wriggly and independent (good traits I reckon!) and also very cute. Oh yes! Bring on the fun Hazel Gap Barn weddings! I love them.

Sasha and Ben had such a great group of friends. It was so lovely photographing them all having fun on the dance floor at the end of the night. I stayed longer than usual as I didn’t want to miss the great dance moves. I can’t wait to share more from this wedding. What a beautiful couple Ben and Sasha are. Also such lovely people.
