Wedding Photography at the Ashes Barns
Rebecca and David got married on the 1st of September and I was delighted to be able to do their wedding photography at the Ashes Barns. A beautiful rural wedding venue in the heart of the Peak District with stunning views over the lake. I wanted to share 10 from their wedding before I finish the final edit. It was such a great day and so much fun. Picking 10 pictures was rather hard but these show something of the spirit of the day I feel. Rebecca looked beautiful in her dress from Ivory and Lace
In the Spirit of Mac
Rebecca and David were so much fun to work with. The wedding was full of giggles and they were so natural in front of my camera. they both agreed the engagement shoot really helped with this. I really loved the little portraits sessions we got to do. Some of them with their gorgeous dogs Mac and Mabel. As a dog lover myself, I do love to see dogs at a wedding. These photos are pretty special now as Mac, the boy dog is sadly no longer with us. So in the memory and spirit of such a gorgeous dog, I wanted to share some of the fun they had together.
Dance Floor antics
I didn’t get to put much of the dance floor action in the post, because well 10 photos doesn’t allow me to. But I am cheating by adding a tiny stop motion film at the bottom, which sums up these two nicely. Haha!
