When Jenna and Pete asked me to photograph their wedding in the Lake District, I was over the moon, it being one of my favourite parts of the country. I decided to make a week of it and took my little family away for a holiday. We stayed in a lovely cottage in Ullswater, and the drive to Windermere, where the happy couple were to wed was just stunning. What an incredible place for a wedding, and this couple really made the most of it, with a church ceremony at St Martin’s in Bowness, and then back to The Swan hotel, via a little lake cruise with champagne on board! I must say Jenna looked absolutely stunning in her Suzanne Neville dress and the lovely details were beautifully elegant.
