Alex and James {Wedding at Pembroke Lodge}

So, I bring you my final wedding of 2013. And what a fantastic way to see out a fantastic year with the brilliant Alex and James. One of my more laid back couples, this London pair were really fun to work with. After their fun loving pre wedding shoot on Hampstead Heath a few months earlier, I knew these two would provide plenty of laughs and the day would be chilled out and fun. I was not wrong. Alex wowed me with her gorgeous vintage get-up. She looked a vision in her Benjamin Roberts gown teamed with the vintage fur from her Grandmother. Family was clearly a big part for both these two and there were plenty of rather endearing touches that brought the generations together. I particularly loved James’ tiny pin that belonged to his Grandfather, and had been worn by grooms in his family for many generations. The bouquets from Ruth Warren at Wild at Heart were gorgeous! In fact all the flowers, candles and other details were beautiful. I loved the autumnal colours at Pembroke Lodge, which provided a gorgeous backdrop to some of my favourite shots of the bridesmaids and groomsmen. What a great day. Thanks must go to my second shooter Bed Redgate. Please enjoy the pictures…
