Garden Wedding in Worcestershire

Linda and Sam had a wonderful laid back garden wedding in Worcestershire at Linda’s mum’s house in Dormston. The vibe was fun and relaxed and it was definitely my kinda wedding. These two are clearly very popular with lots of good friends and family in attendance, and everyone having an amazing time! Well, who couldn’t with a free bar and enough gin to swing a cat at?! Seriously, these guys like their gin!

I met Linda and her mum and bridesmaids at her mum’s lovely house in Dormston. Right at the bottom of a country lane and, and only a minute’s walk from the church. It was the perfect spot for a wedding, with surrounding fields and country lanes for nice photographs.

Ceremony

St Nicholas Church in Dormston was such a lovely little church. It just about managed to fit all of Linda and Sam’s many guests in, and must be something of a Tardis, as I was quite surprised at the number of guests filtering out after the ceremony. The wedding ceremony itself was lovely. The pair were gorgeous together and clearly have a wonderful connection that shined throughout.

We all walked back to the house and garden for the reception, which was held in a marquee in the garden, that was actually put up around a big fir tree. The space looked great! The flowers in peachy colours were lovely and I particularly like the big hanging ball of flowers from the top of the marquee.

Good food

The caterers were amazing. I had met Belinda and her team before at a previous wedding last year, and they did an excellent job. Their details are below!

All in all a wonderful relaxed and good fun wedding that myself and my second shooter Carolyn thoroughly enjoyed.
