Wedding at Norwood Park

Lucy and Ryan got married at Norwood Park. It was nice to be back at this venue (two days in a row!) Lucy and Ryan had a lovely laid back wedding and it was great fun getting to know them and their family and friends during the day. Lucy got ready at Norwood Park and we got some lovely bridal portraits in the bridal suite. In between snapping the bridal prep, I nipped downstairs to get some of the lovely reception details. There were lots of lovely florals from Mrs Umbels (one of my fave florists!) and the table decor looked beautiful. I could see Ryan’s influence with all is favourite football players as table names. Now I’m a bit rubbish with footballers. But I want to say Manchester United?

As with all my blog posts this year, I am including just 36 photos. In an attempt to really curate my blog posts and include a fine selection of my favourites or moments and images that tell the story of the day. Some of my 36 include the lovely cake by Jades Bakery with a little sugary Lola on the side (their lovely dog!) and flowers around the cake by Mrs Umbels. Lucy’s bridesmaids had got Lucy a framed print of the Ed Sheeran lyrics to Perfect, which was their first dance song. Lucy’s dad looking so proud walking Lucy down the aisle. Some great fun confetti and bubble moments. Lucy hanging with the groomsmen. Some great trampoline action. And of course some romantic portraits int he gorgeous apple orchard.

A beautiful relaxed wedding

All in all, a beautiful relaxed wedding that suited Lucy and Ryan’s relaxed and friendly personalities down to the ground. They were a lovely welcoming couple who were a joy to work for. I have since bumped into them walking my dog and hope we can hook up for a dog walk together sometime in the future.
