Autumn Wedding
Beki and Phil are such a lovely couple and I really enjoyed photographing them together. They were super cute on their engagement shoot, so I was pretty excited about photographing them again on their wedding at Nottinghamshire Golf and Country Club. Its been a whole year (just over) since their wedding so its nice to return to some autumnal nuptials whilst the trees around me are all turning a gorgeous colour of rust.
Preparations
Beki got ready with her bridesmaids at home and it was a brilliant environment with her besets buddies around her helping her to get ready. I really enjoyed the window portraits of Bex. She spotted her neighbour in their garden as she was having photos taken and I loved that moment where she gave her neighbour a little wave.
Ceremony
The church ceremony was rather special. I remember the vicar being super nice. He let me get some lovely shots during the ceremony, which was such a privilege. There were lots of giggles and afterwards there was confetti and hugs.
36 Photos
As usual I have selected 36 photos like a roll of film. The ones I have selected that bring back lovely memories for me of the day. I particularly loved the dancing in the evening. Beki and her dad had a brilliant father-daughter dance. They prepared a routine and are both brilliant dancers. It was such great fun to watch! Beki obviously takes after her grandma, who was throwing some moves on that dance floor. Her and her grandad were great dancers and great to watch. I totally want to be exactly like that when I’m older. So glamorous and gorgeous!
Congratulations on your first year of marriage Beki and Phil. It was an absolute pleasure being a part of your special day.
