Have a question?

  • We aren't good in front of a camera will this be a problem?

You would be surprised how often I get this question. It is completely normal to feel camera shy and it is my job as a wedding photographer to put you at ease. You can read from my reviews how accomplished I am at getting you to feel relaxed in front of my camera. I consider it to be one of the most important parts of my job as getting you to feel relaxed and at ease is essential in getting great natural and relaxed photography.

  • What happens if you can't photograph our wedding?

I have been photographing weddings for 14 years and haven't yet been unable to attend a wedding. However, I have procedures in place to ensure that should I for any reason be unable to attend, I will provide another professional photographer in my place. We are lucky in this industry to have a tight network of amazing photographers who are always ready to help each other out in difficult situations.

  • How long after our wedding will we see our photos?

You will be able to see a sneak peek of around 20 photos from your wedding the very next day and the rest of your gallery will be edited and ready to view via an online gallery around 4-6 weeks after your wedding.

  • Do you photograph same sex weddings?

Of course I do. I have photographed numerous lesbian and gay weddings over the years. Love is love and I am here to photograph all of it!

  • Do you take group photos?

Yes I do. I think family group photos are very important and I always make time for them. You won't see many on my portfolio as they are not the most interesting photographs. However they are really important. I normally suggest about 6 combinations including parents, siblings and grandparents. I provide a questionnaire when you book to provide me with group lists. But we can also play it by ear if you prefer. I can normally get through this part of the day in 10-20 mins provided you allocate a helpful person to assist me with gathering people.

  • How many photos will we get?

I take thousands of photos on your wedding day. However, I feel that a big part of my job is to carefully curate your gallery providing the absolute best photos I can. I won't give you duplicates and like to give a nice variety. A typical full day wedding will see me deliver around 500-600 photos. But it really depends on the day. I don't hold any back and only deliver flattering pictures.

  • DO you photograph dogs at weddings?

I LOVE dogs at weddings. I have my own dog and I'd bring him along if I thought he wouldn't eat everything in sight! I have photographed loads of dog friendly weddings and really love incorporating dogs into my photos. So definitely bring your pooch. Even if it's just for a little while to get into a few photos with you!
