Wedding at the Ashes Barns

Lauren and David got married with a beautiful wedding at the Ashes Barns in Staffordshire. It is a fantastic spot for a wedding. Set in a 50 acre estate resting in the foothills of the Peak District National Park, it really is gorgeous. Lauren got ready at the venue with all her gazillion bridesmaids and the room was a buzz of activity with hairspray and eyelashes filling the air. All the girls were lots of fun and looked beautiful in their coral pink/peach dresses. Lauren was the perfect princess bride and looked absolutely stunning. She is not a camera shy girl, and pretty darn photogenic, so made my job very easy. David looked beautiful too and I really enjoyed photographing them both.

Here are 10 photos as a little highlight of the day. I can’t wait to get on with the edit. the day was lots of fun, and you could feel the love! I hope Lauren and David are enjoying their honeymoon and no doubt planning other adventures whilst they are there. here two have the travel bug and I can’t wait to see where life takes them.
