I have photographed some lovely barn weddings in Nottingham.
Barn weddings are fab! Think flower crowns and rustic vibes. Fire pits and toasted marshmallows. High ceilings and old rustic beams. For a real rustic feel to your wedding celebrations, check out some of my favourite barn venues below. Some of my favourite Barn wedding venues
Hazel Gap Barn
Some of my favourite weddings have been shot at Hazel Gap Barn. It has a wonderful rustic charm, beautiful high beamed ceilings and a wonderful courtyard with fire pits and barbecue for that true rustic setting. You can view a few of my wedding photographs at Hazel Gap Barn below. Ben and Sasha (pictured here) had a wonderful barn wedding at Hazel Gap barn. You can see my top 10 images here. Sarah and Leslie’s autumnal wedding was also amazing as was Aisha and James’ snow in March wedding. A beautiful rustic setting for a beautiful rustic wedding.
The Ashes Wedding Venue
Another wonderful rustic barn venue a little bit further out in Staffordshire, is the wonderful The Ashes Barns Wedding Venue. I have photographed several weddings here at different times of year, and it is always beautiful. Nestled in the heart of the Peak District, with sweeping views over the Staffordshire countryside, it is just a stunning location! I have photographed wedding here in the ice and snow and in the hot summer sunshine and the rustic charm never fails to impress. Here are a few lovely barn wedding photos from Rebecca and David’s gorgeous day.
Newton House Barns
I photographed the gorgeous Lizzie and Chris at Newton House Barns and it has a gorgeous rustic feel to it. The Barns suited the boho feel of their wedding down to the ground. They arrived at the barns after a church ceremony and the guests had free roam of the extensive grounds in this gorgeous venue. A photographer is pretty spoiled for choice in locations to take great photographs. From the woodland area that edges the sweeping lawns, to the ornamental ponds and pergola. It really is full of charm with some great opportunities for fabulous wedding photos. If you want to see more at this lovely rustic barn wedding venue, check out the full blog.
